Don't have $2M in cash?
Buy with a mortgage. Your EB-5 loan is unsecured, so your homes are not pledged to us.
Does borrowed money count for EB-5?
Yes, if lawfully obtained and at risk. Confirm with your attorney.
Could my loan be another investor's money?
No. Each loan is traced to our own profits.
Can I sell my homes after my EB-5 investment is funded?
Yes, but we don't advise it. Resale costs can be high and may affect your petition. Ask your attorney first. We are not responsible for any effect on your petition.
Do I get the new homes my investment builds?
No. New homes belong to the developer. You keep the finished homes you bought. Conditions are removed only after that construction is complete.
Do I have to live in one of the homes?
No. It's optional. You can rent them all.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. USCIS decides petitions. Our EB-5 and RIA information is not attorney-verified. Confirm with your own attorney.
